The following are the productivity hacks to increase your productivity:
1. Say over "No":
Never be afraid to say "no" to unnecessary obligations. In today's world making a room for what matters you the most is important.
You may end up missing deadlines, and despite good intentions, you could end up disappointing others when you are unable to meet the extraordinary expectations you've created for yourself.
No wasted time, no regrets.
In short to avoid multitasking, start firmly but politely letting individuals know about an existing schedule and emphasizing how it's not possible to fit other duties into it.
In other words learn to say no more often.
2. Make most of your lost hours productive:
Depending on your commute, you may spend hours driving to and from work in your car. Those hours don't have to be wasted consider scheduling calls, listening to popular podcasts, etc. in the morning that you can take during your drive to work.
3. Try to make to-do list:
Making a to-do list improves not only your focus and productivity in the long run.
Doing this will prevent you from overwhelmed by work (or life in general) and ensure that you continue to perform at your best.
Making it a point to go to work every day being fully recovered from the day before and ready to take on the new challenges that you will face.
4. Be advantageously lazy:
Sometimes being lazy is more profitable.
Instead of finding all sorts of ways to unproductively procrastinate, use your habit to look for shortcuts and new ways to finish your tasks.
Stable multiple papers at a time or master the 3-second T-shirt folding technique.
A strong drive combined with laziness sometimes brings out the productive and creative side you never knew you have!

7. Make a schedule for Your Tasks:
Like any other habit, procrastinating is a tough wall to break.
Replace this habit with another habit. When you're assigned a task, set a timetable for each step.
Let's say you have a big research task. Here's a sample timetable:
9:00 – 9:10 am – Set up all your tools, browser tabs, emails, coffee, etc.
9:10 – 10:00 am – Internet research
10:00 – 10:45 am – Look through existing files
10:45 – 11:00 am – Break time!
11:00 – 12:00 pm – Outline the research report
Deadlines are the best hack for getting things done.
Setting a specific time to finish a task creates time pressure even if the deadline has passed.
8. Perfect is the enemy of good:
When it comes to your business, you probably want to make sure everything is perfect.
But perfection can ultimately be the enemy, and is often an illusion, especially if you keep pushing to improve something already good.
Don't drill away at something that is in respectable shape.
Instead, move on to other tasks and accept that good can be good enough for success.

9. Two-minute rule:
Another tip from Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-free Productivity by David Allen is that if something takes less than two minutes, do it now.
By adopting this rule, you will clear a lot of things from your To-Do list very quickly.
It also gives you a sense of satisfaction and achievement which only fuels your productivity.
10.Exercise:
Richard Branson reckons he gets an extra 8 hours of productive time each day from working out in the morning.
Exercise gives us energy, reduces stress and increases focus.

11. Schedule email time:
Email notifications are another notorious concentration-breaker, so giving in to every alert is guaranteed to make a heads-down task a challenge.
Don't let email take over your day.
Instead, schedule time at the beginning and the end of the day specifically for email.
Then, unless something especially critical is coming in, feel free to ignore it the rest of the time.
12. Wake Up at 4:30 am:

Some of you, I know, think it should only be birds and dairy farmers who wake up this early.
However, this could be the most important way to be more productive of them all.
My early wake-up allows me to get my most important work done in the early hours of the morning before other people are up and requesting my time for their needs.
It is a true case of self-discipline leading to results—the definition of what I think of as a productivity hack.
If you can't stomach the thought of a 4:30 am wake-up, then slowly work your way there is a gradual process. If you're not naturally a morning person, maybe choosing a 7 am start will be a good first achievement for you.
Once you've become used to this, set your alarm clock back another 15 minutes each week.
Over time, repeat this process until you're managing a genuinely early start, for this method of being more productive to pay dividends.
13.Delegate:
It allows you to offload some of the menial tasks that you are responsible for each day.
You may hire someone for this.
Whether that's hiring a virtual assistant, leaning more on your colleagues, or using a third-party service to clean your apartment, delegate tasks out to others so that you can focus on the things that matter most to you.

Your brain will chew your command all night long and you will wake up in the morning with the solution you might wake up a little earlier than usual.
